Anna Castilow of Helen Adams Realty in Charlotte, NC was awarded the highest level of service achievement in the real estate industry, Quality Service Certified® Platinum. The award is in recognition of earning 100% client service satisfaction in 2008, as measured by Leading Research Corporation (LRC).
Quality Service Certified (QSC) status is the only award in the real estate industry based on independently validated, measurable service results. Clients of QSC agents receive a customer satisfaction survey at the end of each transaction. The surveys are administered and the results are compiled by LRC.
Client feedback from the surveys becomes part of the agent’s credentials. An overall satisfaction rating is displayed on a consumer website (www.QualityService.org) where sellers and buyers have the ability to select a real estate professional based upon each agent’s validated record of service satisfaction.
“Nothing is more important to a prospective client in selecting a professional than the service results achieved with past clients,” says Larry D. Romito, President and CEO of QSC. He adds, “Consumers have greater confidence in service reliability, results and satisfaction with a Quality Service Certified real estate professional because they know that the agent’s service record has been validated by an independent third party. 100% service satisfaction record like Anna Castilow has achieved is just awesome.”
The Charlotte Center City 2010 Vision Plan was created to serve as a blueprint for downtown Charlotte’s future development. Because of the city’s unprecedented growth, it became critical to design an outline that would help contain urban sprawl, and at the same time give citizens a voice in the creation of their own thriving city. The far-reaching collaborative project included the efforts of city and county governments, architects, urban planners, nonprofit groups and the citizens of Charlotte. The plan was unanimously adopted by both the City Council and County Commissioners, and was overwhelmingly supported by the public.
According to a new report in CNBC’s website the Charlotte market gained 5 places in the national ranking for real estate markets gaining interest. First time home buyers are reacting to the Obama Administrations $8000 tax credit while lower interest rates allow all buyers to purchase more home for the dollar.

My wife Karen and I received your letter stating you would appreciate feedback on our recent experience with Helen Adams Realty and specifically Dot Munson who was our selling agent.
Dot was the Realtor who helped us buy our home when we moved to Charlotte in 2003. Based on that experience we never hesitated on who we would ask to list our house when it came time to move again. Our story was a tough one as my job caused our family to relocate from Charlotte, NC to Orange County, CA between Christmas and New Years. We had to list our house in a hurry and considering the market activity let’s just say we hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Dot was extremely helpful in getting us to understand what the “market price” for our home would be and what the listing price should be. Once we left the state of NC all of the correspondence was either over the phone or by e-mail. Needless to say this was very difficult on both Dot and us. However, Dot and her team made this process a wonderful experience. Our buyers were not easy to deal with as they wanted upgrades and special conditions; as does everyone in this market. Dot had to make several trips to tile stores and help us with the selection from 2,800 miles away. Dot went above and beyond to help us navigate through this stressful process and ultimately was able to sell our house within five (5) months of listing and above all was able to provide a pleasant experience for the buyer and the seller. That is tough to do these days. We have told Dot numerous times that we couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor and could not have done this without her. We would highly recommend Dot to anyone.
I only wish she could get her license in CA to help us out here when we are ready to buy. You made a wonderful choice in adding Dot to the Helen Adams team.
