We had the pleasure of working with one your realtors, Julie Sharpe, for the recent purchase of our home in Myers Park.  My wife Lisa and I were so delighted with the level of service we received from Julie that it is actually difficult to fully detail in an email.  Julie was both proactive in seeking potential houses for us and responsive to all of our questions and requests.  She listened so well and understood what we were looking for (while patiently accepting that we were not in any rush to make a purchase).

We made an offer on one house (not accepted) that had potential environmental/underground storage tank issues.  Julie advocated on our behalf in the negotiation (the house was overpriced, partly due to these UST issues) and went above and beyond in working to make sure we were fully educated on the environmental implications (even going as far as setting up calls with the state examiner who inspected the tank).

When we found the house we ended up purchasing, Julie negotiated a great deal for us and made the due diligence period and closing as painless as possible.  She was available any time we needed her and did it all with a smile and positive outlook.  She was also great with our 14-month old son, Owen, who might be her #1 fan! 

We have recommended Julie (and will continue to do so) to our family and friends who are interested in buying or selling a home.  We have no doubt that she can be one of the most successful realtors in Charlotte.  Helen Adams is lucky to have her!
