With the first part of my career spent in Advertising & Marketing in NYC and now thriving in the local Charlotte Real Estate market, my backgrounds have come together to bring my clients a tremendous advantage in a changing market. Originally from Long Island NY and a graduate of East Carolina University, I now call Charlotte home and enjoy every minute of it. My goals are to make my clients successful in Real Estate and life while building a personal brand that’s innovative and reliable with a quality service guarantee.
I am a native Charlottean. I graduated from Appalachian State University (let’s go Mountaineers!) with a degree in Communications. I have six years of customer service experience and enjoy working with people and building relationships. I am an active member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. I also enjoy shopping, reading, spending time with family and friends, working out, and going to the beach!
Tom is a North Carolina licensed realtor specializing in working with both buyers and sellers. Tom has 10 plus years in sales and marketing. He is a Graduate of Virginia Tech, BA Economics and a Graduate of Old Dominion University, MBA

While not a “native Charlottean”, I consider myself one after living here since 1994. I have enjoyed all that Charlotte has to offer over the years, especially after moving from Northern Virginia. I have enjoyed living in neighborhoods like Myers Park and Plaza-Midwood, but am very

familiar with Dilworth, Elizabeth, Eastover, Southpark and Barclay Downs as well – along with the schools and opportunities they provide.I began my career in systems consulting, assisting clients with large-scale system implementations and business transitions. After leaving consulting I focused on my family, and am blessed to have three sons with my husband. I enjoy building and nurturing new relationships and am excited to be working with Helen Adams Realty.
Though I was born in Austin Texas, I have been in Charlotte for over 15 years and with both of my parents attending high school here and my mother being a native, I feel much like a native Charlottean myself. I have always had an interest in real estate, with a grandmother who was a Realtor in the Charlotte market during the 1970’s and a father who is a builder, I guess you could say I have real estate “in my blood.” After taking some time to travel and spending two years living in Vail, Colorado, I decided it was time to return home to Charlotte and start turning my real estate dreams into a reality.
I moved to Charlotte after graduating from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) in 2003. I received my bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Management. Once in Charlotte, I started out my career in the hospitality industry. After transitioning to a role in property management, my desire to pursue a career in real estate was an easy one. I really enjoy working with people and going above and beyond to meet all of their needs and expectations. I’m actively involved in the Charlotte community where I volunteer with The First Tee of Charlotte and Friendship Trays and am a member of the Charlotte Clemson Club.
Frank is a recent graduate from Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, VA. After earning a degree in Middle Eastern history, he is thrilled to return to his hometown to pursue his interest in real estate. Frank has a keen interest in historic preservation and architecture. He is excited about the continuously growing city of Charlotte and the unique possibilities that this growth will present.

I just recently had a closing with Rebecca Madej with Cunningham and it was a great experience for all parties in the transaction. Rebecca is intelligent, efficient and professional. Her weekly Friday updates were just fantastic! The updates let all parties know where we were in the loan process to show the progress of the transaction. I would highly recommend Rebecca and her services. -Jody Munn
