I just finished an area tour with two new staff member who were interested in what is going on in southeast Lincoln County. They were amazed at what they saw. Just 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte (straight up Hwy 16), southeast Lincoln County has it all. Upscale homes subdivision on Lake Norman like Sailview,sailview-lake-home golf course communities with rolling landscape of Verdict Ridge near the town of Denver ( yes Denver, NC) or Cowans Ford to homes of all sizes with large lots, horse properties in suburban or rural settings. The town of Denver has all the basics including a restaurant called Stacy’s. The place was packed and the menu has wide variety of choices from Greek food, home-style breakfasts to seafood You can tell it is one of the hot spots of the area. The new expansion of Hwy 16 verdict-ridge-holeNorth into a four lane expressway has made the trip one of Charlotte’s easiest commutes. Just a few miles past the outer I-485 loop which provides easy access to the airport, North Lake Mall and the rest of the Charlotte metro area this area is poised for the next housing boom. Lincoln County has one of the lowest tax rates of all counties in the Charlotte Metro area. The Lincoln County schools are highly rated with most of them being fairly new.

If you are looking for a quieter more secluded feel but still close to Charlotte and all of its amenities then you need to visit Southeast Lincoln County. For more information visit our website, www.helenadamsrealty.com or call 1800-851-5253.
