Just a few miles past the outer I-485 loop which provides easy access to the airport, North Lake Mall and the rest of the Charlotte metro area this area is poised for the next housing boom. Lincoln County has one of the lowest tax rates of all counties in the Charlotte Metro area. The Lincoln County schools are highly rated with most of them being fairly new.
