Charlotte Homes Case Schiller ( a leading industry expert on home prices) released their monthly report covering national and regional home prices.  The Charlotte Metro area continued to demonstrate its strength in the real estate market.  Charlotte Home prices increased 1.1% from April to May.  This trend continued with a 1.1% increase from May to June.  For the past 12 months Charlotte Home prices fell 9.6%, the 5th smallest drop of the 20 major metropolitan areas measured.
