Charm for sale. Built around a picturesque courtyard and private park,
there are 7 remaining townhomes at Harbour Place, with 3 floorplans to choose from.
They’re part of a 125-acre master plan that includes shops,
offices, restaurants, a grocery store, hotel and Davidson Day School, all in a
village-like setting. Mellow brick, creamy white trim and plenty of
architectural detail gives the townhomes plenty of curb appeal and make them a
worthy complement to the Davidson aesthetic. Interiors are luxuriously appointed,
spacious and comfortable.
The Brownstones.
Where the living is even easier. The quality is just as high but the
maintenance will be even easier in the more contemporary, more compact
Brownstones at Harbour Place. There are 18 remaining, with 6 different
floorplans available. Like the townhomes, the brownstones fit nicely within
the aesthetics of Davidson. A pair of traffic roundabouts off of Griffith
Street, landscaped medians and plenty of greenspace create a pleasant yet
easy-to-navigate setting at Harbour Place.
Small town, big life.
From Harbour Place, it’s a short bike ride or stroll to Davidson College and
Main Street, with sidewalks all the way. Cultural events are a part of
community life here, including concerts, plays and renowned speakers. And the
excellent year-round weather makes it especially enjoyable to golf at one of the
beautiful courses nearby or pursue boating and other outdoor activities. Two
miles west is Jetton Park at Lake Norman with bike and hiking trails, picnic
areas and a shoreline for swimming. Interstate 77 is easily accessible, too,
with the city of Charlotte just 23 miles south. Plans for light rail
transportation are in the works which will make the commute even faster.
The past. The present. Your future.
There’s much more to the town of Davidson than a quaint setting. It’s as
progressive as it is picturesque, with a commitment to quality of life. Harbour
Place represents a very special, very limited residential opportunity.

CHARLOTTE REAL ESTATE There’s the historic college at the heart of town, with its hallowed
buildings and intellectual energy. Perfection is an October afternoon, when the trees
are brilliant and the breeze carries on it a Wildcat cheer.
Main Street is straight out of a movie set: striped awnings and window
boxes, cafe tables and the daily special scribbled on a chalkboard. Lake Norman
provides a backdrop of blue sky, balmy water.
This is paradise found, if you can find a place to live that lives up to the
surroundings.
Anna Castilow of Helen Adams Realty in Charlotte, NC was awarded the highest level of service achievement in the real estate industry, Quality Service Certified® Platinum. The award is in recognition of earning 100% client service satisfaction in 2008, as measured by Leading Research Corporation (LRC).
Quality Service Certified (QSC) status is the only award in the real estate industry based on independently validated, measurable service results. Clients of QSC agents receive a customer satisfaction survey at the end of each transaction. The surveys are administered and the results are compiled by LRC.
Client feedback from the surveys becomes part of the agent’s credentials. An overall satisfaction rating is displayed on a consumer website (www.QualityService.org) where sellers and buyers have the ability to select a real estate professional based upon each agent’s validated record of service satisfaction.
“Nothing is more important to a prospective client in selecting a professional than the service results achieved with past clients,” says Larry D. Romito, President and CEO of QSC. He adds, “Consumers have greater confidence in service reliability, results and satisfaction with a Quality Service Certified real estate professional because they know that the agent’s service record has been validated by an independent third party. 100% service satisfaction record like Anna Castilow has achieved is just awesome.”
The Charlotte Center City 2010 Vision Plan was created to serve as a blueprint for downtown Charlotte’s future development. Because of the city’s unprecedented growth, it became critical to design an outline that would help contain urban sprawl, and at the same time give citizens a voice in the creation of their own thriving city. The far-reaching collaborative project included the efforts of city and county governments, architects, urban planners, nonprofit groups and the citizens of Charlotte. The plan was unanimously adopted by both the City Council and County Commissioners, and was overwhelmingly supported by the public.

I would very much like to say that Charmaine did a great job for us. She was very hardworking, thorough, and above all very patient with us given all of our needs. She was always ready and willing to go out and look at houses on a moments notice. She also kept herself well versed on new houses coming onto the market that were potential homes for our family. She was also well versed with respect to the pluses and minuses of houses already on the market. I would highly recommend Charmaine to anyone.
